Raymond & Robert Johnson

Raymond & Robert Johnson are the dynamic father and son duo who founded The HR Tree. Growing up Robert knew he wanted to go into business with his father as he watched Raymond dedicate his career to growing his business, Dixie Maintenance, a professional janitorial and building services company founded in 1960 in El Dorado, Ar. After Robert joined Raymond in the family business, they expanded into Johnson Employer Support Services in 1975, providing temporary staffing services to industries in South Arkansas. After 20 years of experience as employers Raymond and Robert developed Johnson Employer Support Services into a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), providing services to clients across Arkansas. Raymond and Robert have been large contributors to the community, helping employers achieve their goals and connecting employees with fulfilling career opportunities. In his free time Raymond can be found on the golf course or tending his garden behind his house. Robert is an avid duck hunter and Arkansas Razorback athletics fan and contributor. 

Houston Hornibrook

Houston Hornibrook is President of The HR Tree.  His diverse professional experience in both the private and corporate sectors has equipped him with a perspective in business that fosters the culture of The HR Tree.  Houston has allocated his time at The HR Tree to building an organization of dedicated professionals who share his passion for serving others.  His vision and direction for operational performance has proven to be the driving force behind the company’s success.  During his tenure Houston has leveraged his sales and marketing expertise to produce record setting company metrics in both client success and company growth.  Houston’s passion for the payroll industry and providing a better customer experience will ensure that The HR Tree’s success will thrive for years to come.  Houston and his wife Julia are proud parents to four children – Vivian, Anniston, Michael, and Katherine.  He is an avid LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints fan, who enjoys to ski and fish.

Jordan Smith is Director of Operations at The HR Tree, driving the strategic compass of our Payroll and Benefits Administration departments. With an impressive 10-year management tenure, Jordan embodies exceptional leadership qualities and leads from the front, building strong teams that foster growth opportunities. Jordan is a dynamic force in our business development, cultivating customer relationships throughout the implementation process and building on those relationships through his operational direction. Jordan and his team deliver operational efficiency and accuracy as evident by the client-centric values and meticulous care extended to our customers. Beyond the office Jordan enjoys attending live music events with his wife Ashley and is an avid Razorback athletics supporter. He shares his passion for sports with his son Catch and his love of entertainment with his daughter Nella.
