Johnson Employer Support Services
Our roots date back to 1975 and the dynamic father and son duo, Raymond & Robert Johnson. Growing up, Robert knew he wanted to go into business with his father as he watched the passion Raymond put into growing his business, Dixie Maintenance.

After Robert joined Raymond in the family business, a local company asked them to help provide labor, and seeing a need in their community, they expanded to form Johnson Employer Support Services. Together, they provided staffing solutions to industries across South Arkansas.
After 20 years of experience as employers, Raymond and Robert developed Johnson Employer Support Services into a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Their influence continued to grow as they served clients all across Arkansas.

Raymond and Robert are passionate contributors to their community, helping businesses achieve their goals and connecting people with fulfilling career opportunities.
