We don’t just sell payroll software. We provide payroll and HR services. We leverage our technology and systems driven by dedicated HR professionals to deliver real customized solutions tailored to your business. Unlike many providers you’ll have a team of real people invested in your success and solving problems for you.
What size companies do you work with?
Our systems are designed to scale with your business. If you have 25 employees in a single state or 500+ employees across multiple states we can provide the technology AND administrative support your business really needs. We provide the tools and the team behind them.
How difficult is implementing The HR Tree?
We handle implementation the same way we handle customer service: hands on! We take on the role of migrating, and validating your data, configuring the system and tools to your requirements, and training your team for you. We don’t offload you with a bunch of data templates and tutorial videos for you to migrate yourself. Then when we are done we reconcile everything to ensure accuracy and verify discrepancies we find.
How long does it take to set up The HR Tree?
Implementation timelines can vary depending on what your business needs, but our average timeline is 4 to 6 weeks. We can move as quickly or slowly as you need to.
Can you just send me a quote of what it would cost for your services?
Because our solution is not one size fits all like some others, its impossible to provide a quote without the details. We take a consultative approach to propose solutions that move the needle for your business, not sell a suite of tech or services that don’t solve your problems.

Generally, yes. We can plug into your enterprise systems where it makes sense. We offer a very comprehensive system designed to bring everything HR into one place so you aren’t dealing with fragmented solutions and disconnected platforms.
Can we choose only the services we need?
Yes we have several different service models designed to capture the services that benefit your business the most. However, all HR and administrative services revolve around payroll. Without the payroll system, the other services are impossible to guarantee which is one of the things that makes us different.
